- The supported-chain and removal-test schematics use solid arrows labeled "supported steps/relationships" — this reflects the review's high-confidence (Θ) causal framing, where removal/prevention/temporal-order designs support causality.
- The Glandula gastrica figure is a published review diagram (schematic), not a micrograph; it is attributed with paper, authors, year, and license, and real-data micrographs dominate the graphics.
