# Adversarial review log - chromatin-accessibility

**Authoring model:** Sol 6.1 - **Adversarial reviewer:** Claude Opus 5.5 (Anthropic) - **Date:** 2026-10-14 - Round 2

| Metric | Value |

| Level before / after | Γ / Γ (unchanged) |
| Confidence before / after | Moderate / Moderate (unchanged, re-derived after striking access depth) |
| Findings | 0 Critical - 0 Major - 1 Minor - 2 Editorial |
| REFERENCES PMIDs verified | 61 / 61 (0 failed, 0 retracted) |
| Load-bearing claims spot-checked | 11 |
| Validator | PASS - 0 fail, 0 warn, 31 pass (`validator.txt`, frozen v5.3 tool) |

## Findings

| ID | Severity | Location | Original to corrected |
|---|---|---|---|
| A1 | Editorial | review.md, 57 replacements | Missing spaces around numerals/acronyms/Greek letters; "UpdateOf:"/"ErratumIn:" strings corrected to "Update of: PMID n"/"Erratum in: PMID n". No numeral or PMID value changed. |
| A2 | Minor | scorecard `final_score.confidence_rationale` | Band justified partly by reviewer access depth; restated on evidence density, multifunctional perturbations, reporter readouts and heterogeneous controls. Band stands at Moderate after the two-step re-derivation. |
| A3 | Editorial | video-insert.md | "examined61primary reports", "from6original papers", "HSEFv5.3" corrected to spaced forms. |

Nine findings were checked and rejected, including the `models_evaluated[0]` renderer-bug check (entry 0 is a genuine
non-nominal rank-1 rival here), the scope-matched aggregation audit, the SC3/SC4 falsification-downgrade arithmetic, the
Momentum artifact and the asb11 dead-HAT attribution. See `adversarial-findings.json`.

Note on the validator: this package is frozen v5.3, and the repo-root `validate_review.py` has advanced to v5.4, which
adds a mandatory `lay_summary` check that no v5.3 package satisfies. The frozen v5.3 tool was used, matching the
package and the pre-existing `validation-report.json`.

**Approval:** Following adversarial review and the corrections listed above, the revised document is approved.
