# Video research insert: Diet–Heart (Saturated Fat) Hypothesis

Draft narration and storyboard; no rendered video is claimed. Intended insert: roughly 60–90 seconds, depending on delivery.

The diet-heart hypothesis contains several questions. Replacing saturated fat with cis-unsaturated fat can lower LDL and apoB. Separately, genetic studies and randomized drugs show that lowering atherogenic particles can reduce cardiovascular events. A dietary lipid change does not by itself prove a mortality benefit in every setting. Historical trials include null or adverse clinical findings, and some modern diet trials compare whole eating patterns. Consensus helped locate recent response studies, but original reports show that one was sequential and another selected people by their previous response. Our Epsilon rating applies to a context-specific assembled case. The strongest apoB causality subclaim scores higher. The next study needs a clearly specified replacement, verified adherence, repeated apoB measures and sufficiently long clinical follow-up.

## Visual sequence

1. Show the exact registered hypothesis and its overall HSEF level.
2. Animate the selected publication milestones from research-timeline.json; label clinical trials, observational studies and models distinctly.
3. Contrast the strongest source result with its scope or endpoint limitation.
4. End on the registered boundary experiment, with primary-source links on screen.

Use newly authored schematic graphics. Do not turn Consensus meters into causal confidence graphics. If depicting a study endpoint, show its actual hierarchy; do not animate an exploratory subgroup as a confirmed treatment effect.
