## Findings

See the `## ADVERSARIAL REVIEW AND APPROVAL` section of `oncogene-addiction.review.md` for the full findings table (AR-1 to AR-6), the eight rejected findings and the residual limitations. In brief:

- **AR-1 (Major, revision regression).** The 9 October integration spliced "The earlier adversarial approval refers to its original edition" into a case that has no earlier adversarial approval. Verified against `hsef_v53_popularity_ranks_36_40_2026-10-08/oncogene-addiction/oncogene-addiction.review.md`, which has no approval section or banner. Rescoped in both the review and `consensus-addendum.md`.
- **AR-2 (Major, renderer).** "Best-supported rival" printed the nominal model M1 (`is_nominal: true`, rank 1). Corrected to M2 Clonal bypass and lineage plasticity (Ζ), with the citations re-pointed to M2's own evidence.
- **AR-3 (Major, momentum).** "Decisive work underway" corrected to "Mechanistic only" in the review and the score card: the artifact names only published preclinical programmes and disclaims any imminent outcome.
- **AR-4 (Minor).** Confidence rationale cited reviewer access depth; rewritten on evidence-density and reproducibility grounds. Band stands at Moderate. Lead two-step test (2026-10-14) applied: step 1 strikes access depth as a determinant; step 2 re-derives the band from what remains, and it stands at Moderate because the review documents substantive evidence-quality reservations of its own, which are legitimate determinants.
- **AR-5 (Minor).** Divergence "Contested" given its required artifact naming the two conflicting framings.
- **AR-6 (Minor).** Nine instances of the "PMIDnot supplied" rendering defect repaired (3 in the review, 6 in the score card).

## Strings for the lead to propagate to package-level files

| Old | New |
|---|---|
| `Decisive work underway` (oncogene-addiction row, Momentum column) | `Mechanistic only` |

No level, confidence, role, source count or claim count changed. The earlier edition at `hsef_v53_popularity_ranks_36_40_2026-10-08/oncogene-addiction/` is a divergent copy and was **not** overwritten.

**Approval:** Following adversarial review and the corrections listed above, the revised document is approved. — Claude Opus 5.5 (Anthropic), 2026-10-14.
