Every current completed review edition now has a documented Consensus discovery and reconciliation record. Provider results help find supporting and conflicting studies; source-level attribution and access limits remain decisive.

The checks preserved the original hypotheses, registered scopes and grades. They added qualified source findings and corrected provider errors, including a Long COVID trial identifier and unsupported claims of reservoir clearance. Existing source counts retain their original scope; supplementary discoveries are identified separately. Retrospective checks had prior scores visible and do not constitute a new blinded adjudication.
What was validated
All updated pairs passed structural validation. Sixty-seven passed their archived framework validators unchanged. The ultra-processed-food review uses a documented compatibility copy that recognizes genuine ClinicalTrials.gov results by an exact matching NCT identifier and official URL; its original framework remains unchanged. Compatibility change record.
Three existing record issues were repaired: a non-scoring, unverified BPC-157 claim was retired with a preserved backup; Epitalon’s structured summary was brought into agreement with its existing prose; and an official registry result received its NCT identifier. These repairs did not change grades. Full-text badges, searches, fetched metadata and original-paper examinations are distinct. Access depth is stated in each source record; this audit does not claim complete-paper examinations or independent scientific peer review.
